Connecting with Nature

Network of Naturalists Author Tutorial

Dear Naturalist,
Thanks for your interest in joining the Network of Naturalists. We hope this site will become a resource for you and others in creating a shared Nature Journal about North Central Washington. Please contribute your observations and photos of plants, animals, weather, and other phenomena that mark the seasonal rhythms of our region. We invite your obervations and photos on everything from your notes on the weather and birds at your feeder to the new and sometimes breathtaking observations you make while exploring the wilds of our region.

Please fill out the form at http://www.connectingwithnature.org/wp-login.php?action=register to register. Once we have entered your information for membership in the Network of Naturalists, you will be able to add your observations and photos to others as posts in the Nature Journal on this website. You can choose any user name you would like to appear on your posts. However, we ask that you enter your real first and last names to become an active member of the Network. When you are a member and ready to share an observation, use this page as a quick tutorial on how to add new posts (you may want to bookmark it so you can come back and find it easily).

Thank you for joining, we look forward to your observations!
